We have also started on the nursery! During this last week, Jarrod, has put together our crib and changing table. It becoming more REAL and closer every day. We also went out and bought all of our paint and Jarrod is going to be using his artistic skills to make Braxton's room a home. Results to come...

6 months!!!

Hey Everyone-

We have hIt the 6 month mark AND we are proud to finally have settled with a name- Braxton Michael Wyss!!!

Well, I kind of started this 6 month with kind of a struggle. Last Wed. night I was going down the stairs and fell. The baby is GREAT, but I am sad to say I have broken my foot in 3 places. So, while I will be getting bigger, I will also be using crutches with my air cast for at least the next 6 weeks! They will then determine the next step! Jarrod is helping out a lot and everything will eventually be ok. It will just be more of a struggle for a while. I guess pregnancy was just going too easy for me! ;) We are just happy it wasn't anything worse and that Braxton is good and healthy!

We have also moved into our new place, just last weekend, so I have included a few pictures of our downstairs-more to come... We decided to add a little color to it so it felt a little more like home. And anyone who saw our last place, you will see we have a lot more room that we needed~

I am now 5 months today! And as you will see in the picture below-I finally popped out! So, I am now 1/2 way and ready for the rest! We also felt our little guy MOVE last night-Jarrod pushed a little on my tummy, and the little guy decided to kick us back!~ I guess we were in his space. :)

It's a BOY!

Soooooo, yesterday was our big "Doctor" day and we found out we are having a little boy. We are both super excited, especially Jarrod, and we cant wait to meet him! The doctor told us he is very healthy and growing at a pace that is very normal which was nice to hear! We cant wait to get started on our nursery and of course trying to figure out a name. :)

Last night, we wanted to surprise our friends in a funny and cute way so we decided to have a gender party with our close friends to spill the news. I made vanilla cupcakes and dyed the mix blue, so when they bit into the cupcake, they would know we are being blessed with a little baby boy!

Our 1 Year anniversary!

Hey Everyone! Since we are all so far away from each other, I thought it would be fun to start a blog so we can share all of our upcoming changes and baby bumps!

Today is our 1 year anniversary and I am officially 17 weeks pregnant! For our anniversary, we went to a Fall Wine Festival at our good friends Jimmy and Jana and then we went DT and had a romantic dinner in Little Italy.

The picture is from yesterday before we went DT to dinner. I am showing a little. :) Just in case all of you are curious... November 4th is our big Dr. Appt. as we are going to find out if we are having a Boy or a Girl!

We both are very excited to become parents and hope you guys enjoy our blog. I will try to update as much as possible! We miss all of you very much!
